Programs

Merri Outreach Support Service recognizes that people who are experiencing problems with homelessness have complex and individual needs.

Merri Outreach Support Service is able to provide:

• short term support to people in immediate housing crisis
• medium term support to people in transitional housing programs and
• long term support to people in public housing.

Merri Outreach Support Service achieves this by being a multi-program agency that provides support to people at all stages along this continuum.

	North and West Region Children's Resource Program (N&WRCRP) Developed to assist the homelessness sector in identifying and addressing the needs of children experiencing homelessness. • Read More
